About the Role
- Provide emergency nursing care in ER department
- Perform nursing duties and manage patient needs per department protocols
- Coordinate with Nursing Supervisor for assignments
- Follow all hospital policies procedures and protocols
- Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Work assigned shifts including weekends/holidays as needed
- Participate in required trainings and orientation
- Maintain required certifications
- Comply with all infection control and safety standards
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare team
Requirements
- Current valid unrestricted nursing license in state or US territory
- 36 months nursing experience with minimum 2 years ER specialty
- Current certifications in BLS PALS ACLS and TNCC/ATCN
- Basic computer knowledge and skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Cultural awareness and respect for American Indian/Alaska Native practices
- Immunizations including COVID-19 SARS-COV-2 vaccine
- Clean background check required
